RELATIONAL GROUP THERAPY
Relational Group Therapy is extremely powerful, cost effective, and can profoundly impact every aspect of your life - especially your most cherished relationships. Each therapy group is made up of 5 to 8 individuals, both men and women, and meets weekly for an hour and a half. Partners in a marriage or other relationship meet with separate groups. Groups may be comprised of currently married, divorced, or single adult members who have in common a desire to improve their abilities to engage in and sustain more rewarding relationships. That you and I will will have gotten to know each other in one or more individual consultations will help me to select a group that you would be most comfortable in and would best meet your particular needs.
